Instructions for use the 3 Piece Chocolate Molds | Porto Formas
Step 1. Melt or temper the chosen chocolate and fill up the cavity up to the line on the smooth mold. Slightly tap it on a surface to get rid of any air bubbles.
Step 2. Place the flexible piece over the chocolate and fit the other acetate part mold into it. Lightly press the mold to spread the chocolate all over the cavity.
Step 3. Turn the mold upside down and bring it to the fridge until the chocolate detaches from the mold. (It may take about 12 minutes).
Step 4. After the fridge time, carefully remove the acetate part, the flexible “silicone” and take your shell out of the mold. Your chocolate is ready!
