All prices in the store are displayed in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

A shipping estimate tool is available at your cart page. Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the checkout process of your order, before you entering a payment method. All shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order as well as your location through the postal code.

Orders are shipped from Ontario-Canada usually within 1-2 business days via Canada Post or UPS or FedEX. Please note that U.S. shipments may be delayed due to heightened customs inspection and border security.

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is a tax that is collected by the federal government when taxable goods (e.g. a Spoon) or taxable services are sold. The 13 per cent HST is charged on the selling price of the good or service. For example, if a Spoon is sold for $10, the HST would be $1.30. The HST rate in Ontario is 13 per cent consisting of a 5 per cent federal part and an 8 per cent provincial part. The tax rate varies by province.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification providing you with the tracking information (if available) for your order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update within the carriers’ system. With this number you can track your package & know when it will arrive.

You will be requested to select the payment method right after selecting a shipping method. The payment options available are through credit card, PayPal and Interac e-Transfer.

It is totally safe. We never receive your credit card information directly once our website is secured with a SSL encryption. We also offer the security of paying via PayPal and Interac e-Transfer.

Interac e-Transfer is a simple, convenient, and secure way to send and receive money directly from your bank account to ours, without sharing any personal financial information. All you need is access to online or mobile banking through a participating financial institution and follow the steps: 1) Submit your order and select Interac e-Transfer as the payment method; 2) Log in to your online/mobile banking site or app and choose Interac e-Transfer from amongst the transfer or payment menu options; 3) Please direct your Interac e-Transfer payment to info@doucerie.ca with your order number on the "message" field.

Our policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Food and ingredients, cannot be returned.
