3 piece chocolate mold - Sphere - 70mm | BWB

Ideal for chocolate bomb production. You can also fill them with any fluid ganache, praline, creamy fillings, fruits and nuts.

Package: 2 pcs of acetate mold and 1 food grade silicone film for each cavity

Instructions for use the 3 piece chocolate molds | BWB
1 - Melt and temper the chocolate. Pour the chocolate into the mold up to the mark on each cavity. Lightly tap the mold on a flat surface to remove any air bubbles;
2 - Right after, fit the two parts in (silicone film and then the acetate mold) giving it a bit pressure until the chocolate fills the cavity;
3 - Turn the mold upside down and use your fingers to lightly press around each cavity (as shown on the picture).
Place it on the fridge until the chocolate peels off from the mold (about 11 minutes);
4 - Take the mold from the fridge and carefully remove the silicone film. Your chocolate is ready!
